The men's jewellery brands in India worth comparing fall into seven groups: the gold houses (Tanishq, Malabar, Kalyan), online gold and diamond brands (CaratLane, BlueStone), a platinum specialist (Jewelove), a lab-grown specialist (Limelight), silver and demi-fine brands (GIVA, Palmonas), steel fashion brands (The Men Thing, Salty) and men-only fine jewellery (AXIOM), plus three newer homegrown labels (Amaris, Aulerth, Drip Project). This guide compares all 15 on the facts a man actually needs: which metals each uses for men's pieces, what they cost to start with, and what happens after you buy.
Most "best jewellery brands" lists in India are written for women's jewellery, with a men's section added at the end, and leave those facts out. Here each of the first twelve brands is described from its own website as checked on 28 September 2026, and the three homegrown labels, which editors now cite, were checked on 10 October 2026.
A note on fairness. We are one of the brands listed, so we have described every brand, including our own, only from what it publishes. We have not ranked anyone first, rated anyone, or said anything we could not check. Prices and policies change; confirm them on the brand's site before you buy.
The best men's jewellery brands in India at a glance
The right brand depends on the metal and budget you want: gold houses, online gold and diamond brands, a platinum specialist, a lab-grown specialist, silver and demi-fine brands, steel fashion brands, and men-only fine jewellery. Entry prices are the lowest men's prices we saw on each brand's site on 28 September 2026, and are not a like-for-like comparison.

Gold and diamond houses
The national jewellers are the default choice for men's gold: wide store networks, hallmarked gold across karats, and exchange programmes for old gold. Their men's ranges lean towards chains, kadas, rings and bracelets, often in 22K gold.
1. Tanishq
Tanishq has a men's section with rings from plain bands to diamond-set designs, chains, kadas, bracelets, pendants and men's engagement rings. Its site states that its gold is BIS hallmarked across karatages and that its diamonds are natural and certified by the Tanishq Gemmological Lab (TGL), its in-house laboratory. It runs an exchange programme for old gold from 9K to 22K, tested on a karatmeter and melted in front of the customer, subject to its terms.
Suits: men who want gold from a large national chain with stores in most cities, and families exchanging old gold.
2. Malabar Gold and Diamonds
Malabar's men's listing covers rings, bracelets, chains and pendants in gold, with 22K (916) marked on pieces we saw, sold online and through its showrooms. Its site publishes an exchange policy for unused gold and diamond jewellery within 14 days of delivery without deducting making charges, excluding custom-made pieces and coins.
Suits: buyers who want traditional 22K gold men's jewellery and in-store buying.
3. Kalyan Jewellers and Candere
Kalyan's own site presents its men's range as a catalogue: gold bands, gold bracelets, gold and platinum kadas, gold chains, diamond rings and pendants. Online buying runs through Candere, Kalyan's e-commerce brand, which lists men's jewellery in 18K and 14K gold and Pt950 platinum. Candere publishes a lifetime exchange and buyback policy with two sets of rates: exchange at 100% for gold and platinum, 90% for diamond jewellery and 80% for loose solitaires; cash buyback at 97% for gold, 95% for platinum and 80% for diamonds and solitaires. Both exclude making charges and taxes, and buyback applies only to invoices under ₹2 lakh.
Suits: men who want a national jeweller's range with prices and buyback terms visible online.
Online-first gold and diamond brands
CaratLane and BlueStone sell men's gold and diamond jewellery primarily online, with growing store networks, lighter modern designs, and clear return windows.
4. CaratLane
CaratLane has a men's section of rings, earrings, bracelets, chains, pendants and more, in gold from 22K down to 9K, Pt950 platinum, and gold-plated 925 silver. Its men's page states that its men's jewellery starts from ₹5,593, and the site shows a 15-day exchange and money-back policy (some products excluded) and a gold exchange offer.
Suits: first-time buyers who want lighter everyday gold or diamond pieces and the option to try in a store.
5. BlueStone
BlueStone lists more than a thousand designs under its men's filter, about half of them rings, with pendants, earrings, chains, bracelets, bangles and cufflinks, in 22K, 18K and 14K gold and platinum, many set with diamonds or gemstones. Its site shows 30-day money back and lifetime exchange, and its FAQ publishes buyback terms of 100% for gold and 90% for diamonds, with lower rates for solitaires.
Suits: men who want a very wide choice of diamond rings with published exchange and buyback terms.
Platinum and lab-grown specialists
If you know you want platinum, or you want a larger diamond for the budget, a specialist brand gives more depth than a general jeweller.
6. Jewelove
Jewelove specialises in platinum. Its men's collection covers chains, bracelets and kadas, rings and pendants in Pt950 platinum (95% platinum), some with gold accents and diamonds. Its site states each piece is hallmarked and comes with a Platinum Guild International (PGI) certificate of authenticity, with 30-day returns and exchange. The lowest men's price we saw was ₹19,900, for a thin platinum chain in its shortest length.
Suits: men who want platinum specifically, often for wedding bands and chains.
7. Limelight Diamonds
Limelight sells lab-grown diamond jewellery, with a men's collection of solitaire, signet and pavé rings, studs, bracelets and kadas, chains, cufflinks, kurta buttons and pendants in 14K and 18K hallmarked gold, with some platinum options. It states it has 80-plus stores across 45-plus cities. Its published exchange and buyback policy offers exchange at 100% of selling price and buyback at 100% of metal value plus 80% of the lab-grown diamond's current market price.
Suits: men who want a larger diamond for the budget in gold, with a published buyback route.
Men-only fine jewellery
8. AXIOM
AXIOM is a men's fine jewellery house at the Bharat Diamond Bourse in Mumbai. Its 60-piece catalogue covers rings and bands, bracelets and kadas, pendants and chains, earrings, and accessories such as lapel pins, buttons, tie pins, a keychain and rakhis. Almost all pieces are solid 925 sterling silver (not plated base metal), set with natural black diamonds, lab-grown white diamonds or both; three pieces (the Apex Ring, Valor Band and Pulse Hoop) also offer 18K white gold. Prices run from ₹4,500 to ₹3,75,000 at the time of writing.
Pieces are made to order and dispatched within 15 to 21 days, with free insured shipping across India and a lifetime craftsmanship guarantee. Certification details are provided on request. Cancellation is considered only on the day of ordering, and no buyback or exchange programme is published. Bespoke commissions start with no deposit. You can see the full collection or how the collections are organised.
Suits: men who want diamond-set designs made only for men, in silver rather than gold, or a bespoke piece. It is not the choice for yellow gold or a buyback route.
925 silver and demi-fine brands
Silver and demi-fine brands offer the lowest entry prices in real precious metal, often with plated finishes; check which pieces are solid 925 and which are plated.
9. GIVA
GIVA's men's range includes rings, pendants, earrings, bracelets, chains and sets in 925 sterling silver, with gold-plated, black rhodium and oxidised finishes, sold online and through more than 350 stores. The lowest men's price we saw was ₹899, for a single stud. Its refund policy allows returns within 30 days on unused items in their original condition.
Suits: men who want affordable silver pieces and gifts with an easy return window.
10. Palmonas
Palmonas calls its men's range demi-fine, a category between fashion and fine jewellery. The men's collection we saw was chains, rings and bracelets, every one tagged as stainless steel with a plated finish; the brand's 925 silver and lab-grown diamond pieces sat in its women's ranges when we checked. Its refund policy offers 2-day returns and 10-day exchange. Men's prices started at ₹1,111 on discount.
Suits: men who want a gold look at a low price and accept plating.
Men's fashion jewellery
Steel and alloy fashion brands are built for style at low prices, not for precious-metal value; they suit experimenting with a look before investing. For the full difference, see fine jewellery vs fashion jewellery.
11. The Men Thing
The Men Thing is a fashion brand for men and boys selling chains and pendants, bracelets in steel, leather and beads, rings and earrings, in titanium steel, stainless steel, copper, leather and natural stone. Its site describes the range as starting from ₹299, and we saw a pendant listed below that.
Suits: men trying jewellery for the first time or building a casual look on a small budget.
12. Salty
Salty (salty.co.in) sells men's chains, rings, bracelets, earrings and pendants, mostly in stainless steel, some silver-plated. The lowest men's price we saw was ₹239, for a pair of earrings.
Suits: trend-led pieces at very low prices.
Homegrown men's jewellery labels editors now cite
A newer group of homegrown labels has built men's lines that sit outside the big jewellers: some in fine gold and diamonds, some in plated designer pieces, some in low-priced streetwear styles. Esquire India's November 2025 roundup, India's homegrown men's jewellery labels are bringing the heat, named Amaris by Prerna Rajpal, Aulerth and Drip Project among others. We checked each on its own website on 10 October 2026; what follows is what each publishes, not a ranking.
Amaris by Prerna Rajpal
Amaris is a fine jewellery brand founded by Prerna Rajpal, with a dedicated men's line; Esquire India picked out its Saint No More pendant and its Cuban Code bracelet. The men's piece we checked, a pendant, was in 14K yellow gold with natural black diamonds; the site describes its gold as BIS hallmarked and its diamond jewellery as IGI certified, and the men's collection page we read ran from ₹1,73,000 to ₹13,21,000. It lists boutiques in Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Ludhiana, and publishes lifetime exchange and buyback terms on its product pages: exchange at 90% and buyback at 80% of the original invoice value, with gold appreciation added and GST deducted.
Suits: men who want statement diamond pieces in gold, with a published buyback route.
Aulerth
Aulerth makes what it calls semi-precious sustainable jewellery in partnership with Indian designers, including Shivan & Narresh, JJV by JJ Valaya, Suneet Varma, Tribe Amrapali and Ekaya Banaras. Its site says pieces are made from recycled brass finished with 22kt gold plating, and its men's range covers bangles and kadas, rings, chains and pendants, cufflinks and brooches, many with zirconia, enamel or semi-precious stones. Men's prices on its Indian site started at ₹2,625 when we checked, with most pieces under ₹12,000. Esquire India names Vivek Ramabhadran as its founder.
Suits: men who want a designer name on an occasion piece at a fashion-jewellery price, and accept plating.
Drip Project
Drip Project sells chains, bracelets and rings for men and women under the motto "luxury made affordable"; Esquire India singled out its iced-out chains, tennis bracelets and rings. The product pages we read listed stainless steel, plated brass (white-gold or rhodium plating) and cubic zirconia, and sale prices we saw ran from ₹499 to ₹999 against list prices up to ₹3,499. Its site says it launched online in November 2021 and opened an experience store on Linking Road in March 2024, and the product page we read carried a 12-month guarantee against defects and breakage.
Suits: younger buyers who want streetwear-style chains and rings at low prices, not precious metal.
How to choose a men's jewellery brand
Choose the metal first, then compare brands on six things: hallmarking, how stones are described, certification, returns, exchange or buyback, and after-sales. Brand recognition matters less than these, because two brands selling similar 18K rings can have very different terms.
| Criterion | What good looks like | What to ask |
|---|---|---|
| Metal and hallmark | BIS hallmark with purity and HUID on gold; fineness mark on silver | Is every piece hallmarked? |
| Plating | Stated clearly on the product page | Is this solid metal or plated? |
| Stone description | Natural, lab-grown or treated, in writing | What exactly are these stones? |
| Certification | Lab named or certification available on request, stated plainly | Is a report included, or on request? |
| Returns and cancellation | Windows in days, published | How long do I have, and what is excluded? |
| Exchange or buyback | Published percentages, or a clear statement that there is none | What would I get back, and on what value? |
| After-sales | Resizing, repair and servicing terms | What is free, and for how long? |
| Men's range depth | Enough men's designs in your metal | How many men's rings or chains do you make? |
The BIS hallmarking FAQ explains the hallmark marks. For buying online in particular, our checklist on whether it is safe to buy jewellery online covers payment, insured delivery and unboxing.
Which brand suits which buyer?

How AXIOM approaches this
We started as a bench at the Bharat Diamond Bourse, making jewellery for other names for more than 15 years before AXIOM existed as a brand, and our about page tells that story. That is why this list describes each brand by what it publishes rather than by reputation: the terms on paper are what you live with after you buy.
The practical takeaway: pick the metal, shortlist two or three brands that make enough men's pieces in it, and compare their written terms side by side before you compare their designs.
